Day two in the Supreme Court: here, here, here and here. Interesting that WH considered taxes on sugary drinks to help fund Obamacare, but even when you add the projected totals, it is not even close to paying the bill and it won't ever be close to paying for itself as entitlements never are.

Hot off the press: Day two's transcript.

Do not jump to conclusions, headlines are meant to grab your attention.

The Congressional Progressive Caucus wants even more of your money in their proposed 2103 budget adding an additional $1.3 Trillion over 10 years.

The Heritage Foundation examines the "open mic" problem, while the Weekly Standard explains that President Obama's explanation only compounds the problem.

NYC Comptroller Liu just keeps digging deeper and deeper.

RIP Priscilla L. Buckley

Good news for New Yorkers and bad news for New Yorkers. Let you legislators know you support jobs for New Yorkers in both instances.

Hear Laura Ingram speak out on her radio show about our U. S. Senate candidate Wendy Long and the Conservative Party. More about Wendy Long here.

Tuesday's with Thomas Sowell. (In today's column, Mr. Sowell opines on Geraldo's Point, but the far left has put so much pressure on Geraldo, he is now apologizing for what he said.) As stated above (regarding health care) do not jump to conclusions without all the facts.
