Weekly Wrap-Up

As Shaun Marie noted yesterday, more votes are showing up for Doug Hoffman.

We’ll be watching that story over the weekend and through next week. In the meantime, let’s think about what else turned up this week...

We discovered new reasons to suspect that the Ft. Hood massacre didn’t have to happen – that somebody, somewhere should have realized the threat posed by Nadal Malik Hasan.

We’ve found out about the PowerPoint presentation, and the gunman’s contacts with radical cleric Anwar al Awlaki. This should have raised some serious red flags.

We found new reasons to suspect that the “pro-life” provisions of Nancy Pelosi’s monstrous health care legislation can’t be taken seriously.

Pro-abortion Democrats are already vowing to eliminate any limits on public funding of abortion – and there are ways they can do it... which gives conservatives even more motivation to fight this bill in the Senate and make sure it never gets close to passage.

We found a new appreciation for the extraordinary leadership of President Ronald Reagan, as we celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall... and a new realization, unfortunately, that Barack Obama seems to think everything is all about him.

President Obama didn't go to Berlin to commemorate this important victory for freedom - but, as The Washington Times notes, that might be for the best.

We’ll be posting any new information we receive on the 23rd congressional district vote tally. In the meantime, have a great weekend!
