We are back and blogging again after a successful convention in New York City that designated Rick A. Lazio as our candidate for Governor of NY, Greg Edwards as our candidate for Lt. Gov., Harry J. Wilson as our candidate for Comptroller, Daniel M. Donovan, Jr., as our candidate for Attorney General, Joe DioGuardi as our candidate to run against Kirsten Gillibrand and Jay Townsend as our candidate to run against Charles Schumer. Congratulations to all our designated candidates!!

What is going on in the Republican convention? The Republican State Chairman wants to create a third party? Wonder how other Republican State Chairman will react to that. Here is how Chairman Long reacted!

Can you say "dead man walking"?

Rick Lazio explains that what voters want is someone who's going to stick up for the average common taxpayer, who will do the right thing, as we did the right thing in authorizing his run on our line.

President Obama and his administration may want to believe that they have no responsibility regarding the Deepwater Horizon explosion that took 11 lives and created the worst oil spill in our modern history, but this article tells a different aspect.

Fox News has reported on a half dozen or more people that have ways to help in the Gulf, but the federal government calls on a director? Just because he films underwater, does not make him an expert on how to contain the problem or clean the water.

Words of wisdom from the NY Post Editorial and Frank Gaffney's two cents.

Will Unions need a bailout? Maybe this is why.

  1. Why did the Conservative Party endorse Lazio, who I understand has a record of favoring legalized abortion?
