I was talking to a long time conservative activist the other day and both of us lamented the fact that "Atlas Shrugged" was not required reading for all elected officials. Today, as I reviewed articles for possible post, I came across this one by Stephen Moore and emailed my friend to inquire if perhaps Mr. Moore had heard our conversation.
