Citizens of New York should seriously consider term limits...oh wait a minute...the citizens of New York City twice voted for term limits only to have their decision turned over by elected officials who believe they know better than us. "Houston, we have a problem" only this time the problem is far more difficult to resolve than getting Apollo 13 home!
