The budget that the Leadership of New York State has agreed to is an affront to all of the citizens of New York. Governor Paterson, Leader Smith and Speaker Silver have caved to the most addictive nature of a politician: spending beyond their means with money that does not belong to them! By restoring proposed cuts and increasing spending by 9% when New Yorkers struggle to survive daily shows the disdain these "leaders" have for New York Citizens.
